Berlin TV tower with bird - Poster

The TV tower is located in the Mitte district of central Berlin, close to Alexanderplatz. Construction began in 1965 and was completed in 1969. It was part of the East German government's drive to demonstrate the success of the socialist system by creating an impressive structure.
